SWAT Called For Wanted Barricaded Subject With Hostages

Milton, FL – A Milton man that was wanted for Aggravated Battery on a pregnant person barricaded himself in a residence with three hostages early Sunday morning.

On Sunday, January 28, at approximately 5:10 a.m. deputies with the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s office responded to Bass Ln in Milton to serve a warrant on 17 year old Tyler Andrew Beall for Felony Aggravated Battery on a pregnant person.
Deputies located Beall at the residence and he attempted to flee the scene. When deputies setup perimeter around the home, Beall barricaded himself inside a residence with three (3) hostages.
Two hostages were immediately released and one person remained with the subject inside the residence causing SWAT officers to respond.
Upon there arrival, negotiations began and the third hostage was released. Beall was then taken into custody by SWAT team members.
Beall was transported to the Santa Rosa County Jail and further charges are pending in the case.
