Crestview Man Charged with Using Phony Social Media Account to Lure Underage Female

Crestview, FL – The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has levied multiple charges against a Crestview man who was using a fake social media account to try to solicit a minor.

27-year old James Allen Foster of Crestview was arrested on Tuesday, January 23, 2018, and charged with transmitting information harmful to minors, using a two way communication device to facilitate a felony, using a computer to solicit/lure a child and possession of child pornography.
Investigators say Foster, posing as a person named “Justin Fory” sent photos of his genitalia to the juvenile on-line through Facebook and had her send similar photos of herself back to him. The victim says he also tried to solicit her to engage in a threesome with him and another male.
