School Burglarized in Jay

On Thursday June 8 at approximately 6:55 am, 2 individuals broke into the Jay Elementary School on Alabama Street in Jay. During the burglary, money and computers were stolen. These individuals are also being sought for other school burglaries in Alabama.

The suspects are a white male and white female. They were seen driving a late 1990’s white Cadillac with a trailer hitch and sunroof.

These individuals are being sought by the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office. If anyone has information related to this crime or the identity of these individuals, please contact the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office at 850-983-1100 or the Santa Rosa County Crime Stoppers Program at 850-437-STOP.

The Santa Rosa County Crime Stoppers Program is offering a reward of up to $3000 for information leading to the arrest of these individuals. You can remain anonymous.
