State Attorney Office Seeking Information On Alleged Crooked Real Estate Broker

A local Real Estate broker has been arraigned on criminal charges for his involvement with a local Property Management Firm

According to a news release from Office of State Attorney Office of the First Judicial Circuit, William Derrick Gainey was arraigned on a three-count information for Racketeering, Grand Theft, and Organized Fraud on Friday, February 24, 2017.
This was is direct correlation for his involvement with Custom Property Management, LLC from February to July 2016.
William Derrick Gainey, whose next court date is May 3, 2017 before Judge Joel Boles, is accused of embezzling rental funds from more than 30 rental properties totaling over $70,000.
