Arrest Warrant Issued in Connection with Shooting Outside Okaloosa Island Gentlemen’s Club

An arrest warrant has been issued for a man suspected of shooting three people following an altercation at the Red Rose Gentleman’s Club on Okaloosa Island around 4 a.m. on May 15th, 2016.
21-year old Nkosi Albertie-Chamberlain faces three counts of aggravated battery with a firearm. Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office investigators say Chamberlain was linked to the shooting outside the business by testimony, physical, and forensic evidence. He was arrested in California on unrelated charges and extradited to Alabama to face drug charges in Pike County, where he is currently being held pending extradition back to Florida at the conclusion of the case there.

Shooting victims Darrel Pickens, Angel Castilla, and Dallas Corbitt required hospitalization, with Corbitt’s wounds leading to the need for intensive critical care.
The investigation remains active and the OCSO is seeking additional witnesses that may have been present at the club on the date of the incident.
Assisting agencies in this matter are the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, State of Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (A.L.E.A.), Pike County Alabama Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Marshals, and Inspectors of the U.S. Postal Service Montgomery Domicile.
