39 Year Old Crestview Man Arrested For Sexual Battery On Child Under 12

The Crestview Police Department has arrested 39 year old Nate Arteze Moorer of Crestview and charged him with Sexual Battery of a Child Under 12 years of age, which is a Capital Felony.

The Crestview Police Department’s SWAT team in conjunction with the Crestview Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division, executed a search warrant at Moorer’s residence located at 120 Brentwood Lane Apt A in Crestview at approximately 6:30 a.m. Monday morning. Moorer was arrested at the home without incident and was delivered into the custody of the Okaloosa County Jail.

Due to the nature of the arrest, details of the incident are limited.

With Sexual Battery on a child under the age of 12 being a Capital Felony, Moorer can face the death penalty at time of trial.
