Navarre Walmart Bomb Threat

At approximately 1:45 pm Deputies with the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the Navarre Walmart in Hwy 98 in reference to a bomb threat. Customers and employees were immediately evacuated for their safety. The parking lot was also closed for safety reasons.
Lifeguard Ambulance and Navarre Fire were also on scene as a precaution. A search of the building was completed by Santa Rosa Deputies and cleared for opening. At approximately 3:45 pm, the store was reopened for business.
