Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Early Morning Robbery

Fort Walton Beach, Fla. — A convenience clerk was robbed at knife point early Tuesday morning in South Okaloosa County.
According to a news release from the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, two young males entered the Quickmart store located at 565 Beal Parkway NW around 5:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.
According to the store clerk, they walked behind the counter where one of them held a knife to the clerk’s stomach and robbed the place. During the armed robbery, the two men took cash, a change jar, and THC cartridges.
The first robbery suspect is described as a Hispanic male wearing a short sleeve shirt with cats and hats on it, two silver chains, black pants, and black Vans-style shoes.
The second robbery suspect is described as a Hispanic male wearing light or grey colored jeans, a black t-shirt, and a camo style button up. He was also wearing a black hat that said “nah homie” in cursive.
They left the store and headed north on Beal Parkway.
The sheriff’s office attempted to track the suspects using a department canine but were unable to locate them.
